What a wonderful experience! Our air conditioner stopped cooling on Friday. Called and Stacey Calahan came out to investigate the issue. Our coil was leaking and was frozen. Stacey showed me pictures of all the issues. He then gave me a very reasonable quote to complete the work. They came out on Monday and completed the work in a very professional manner. Drop cloths were placed and the floors cleaned before they left. The system cools great! Stacey checked with us to see how the system was working the next day and even a week later when temperatures rose higher. So nice to have followup on their work.
One other thing – Stacey had a young man helping him. I don’t know if he was an apprentice learning the craft or not, but when he didn’t know things, I heard Stacey explain in detail why they were doing this or that. Stacey had the patience and took the time to help the young man learn his craft. Wonderful ethics!
